AND, UM, WE'VE HAD A FE A LOT OF THE PLASTER, SO SMALL LITTLE AREAS WHERE SOME OF THE PLASTER CHIPPED AWAY.

AND, UM, WE WERE ABLE TO BLOCK THAT.

BUT WE WON'T PASS INSPECTION NEXT YEAR IN ORDER TO OPEN THAT POOL.

IT HAS BEEN NINE YEARS SINCE IT'S BEEN PLASTERED, WHICH IT'S THE, THE LIFESPAN ON THAT COULD BE 10 TO TO 12 YEARS.

BUT I THINK WITH OUR HARSH WEATHER AND SOME OF THE OTHER THINGS THAT HAD HAPPENED, LIKE RIGHT WHEN I HAD COME ON SOME OF THE, YOU KNOW, CHEMICAL IMBALANCES AND THINGS LIKE THAT, IT'S JUST REALLY DONE A NUMBER ON THAT POOL, UM, IN THE SURFACE.

SO, UM, WE ARE NEEDING TO GET THAT DONE.

UM, WHEN THEY DO THAT, THEY'RE, THEY WILL CHIP IT AWAY COMPLETELY DOWN TO THE CONCRETE, AND THEN THEY'LL COME BACK IN AND THEN THEY'RE GONNA REPLACE THE TILES.

UM, ANOTHER ISSUE IS, LIKE AT THE, ON THE BABY POOL, WE, WE ARE GONNA HAVE TO, UH, THE V G A DRAINS NEED TO BE REPLACED THERE.

THERE'S AN EXPIRATION ON THOSE.

THAT'S FOR THE, THE VIRGINIA GRAND BAKER, THE, THOSE DRAINS AND STUFF.

SO, UM, THOSE DO NEED TO BE REPLACED.

THEY'RE, THEY'RE EXPIRE NEXT YEAR ANYWAY, SO THAT'S ONE THING.

THE OTHER ONES AND THE OTHER POOL DON'T NEED TO BE, BUT THE BABY POOL, WE, WE NEED TO FIX WHERE THE, THE WATER KIND OF SHOOTS OUT A LITTLE BIT.

THOSE KIND OF KEEP GETTING PLUGGED UP AND THEY'RE MESSED UP AND THEY'RE NOT FLUSH.

AND THEN THE TILES, THEY KEEP POPPING UP AND WE'RE NOT GROUT PEOPLE.

WE KEEP TRYING TO DO IT AND IT DOESN'T STAY EVERY YEAR .

SO WE'D LIKE TO GET THAT REDONE.

UM, AND WE BUDGETED FOR SOME, SOME OF THE, SOME SMALL REPAIRS.

YOU KNOW, WE DID PLAN, WE HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE RESTROOMS THIS YEAR.

SO, UM, WE ARE BUDGETING TO, TO FIX SOME OF THE PLUMBING STUFF, THE CARRIERS WHERE THE TOILETS ARE AND THE CHASE WAY AND DIFFERENT THINGS LIKE THAT.

UM, WE HAD ALREADY PLANNED TO DO SOME OF THAT.

IT'S JUST WE WERE HOPING TO WAIT ANOTHER YEAR OR SO TO COME BACK WITH THIS.

AND IT WAS BUSY ALL SUMMER.

WHERE SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE, IT'S NEVER BEEN THAT WAY.

YOU KNOW, IT'S JUST BEEN REALLY BUSY.

UM, YOU KNOW, AND, UH, POOL PARTIES, WE, WE RENT, WE HAVE THREE THAT WE OFFER ON SATURDAYS AND TWO ON SUNDAYS, AND WE HAD EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY BOOKED AND IT, AND THERE WAS NOT A SATURDAY WITHOUT TWO TWO HOUR POOL PARTIES BOOKED.

SO IT'S, ARE WE THE ONLY CITY THAT STILL HAS AN OUTDOOR POOL? YES.

UM, BUT SOMETHING THAT WE DO EVERY YEAR ALSO, WE'RE, WE'RE, WE'RE GETTING IN THE HABIT OF DOING EVERY YEAR IS TO GO THROUGH AND REVIEW OUR FEES TO SEE WHERE WE'RE AT.

UM, RIGHT NOW WE DO PROPOSE, UM, INCREASING ALL OF OUR HOURLY RENTALS BY 5%.

UM, WE WILL STILL GIVE A 10% DISCOUNT FOR RESIDENTS.
