UM, AND SO AT PEAK TIMES, UM, THE STORE RATIO OF WHAT WAS ACTUALLY THE CARS ACTUALLY PARKED IN THE LOT WAS AT A TWO FOUR.

UM, SO THAT WAS 2.4 PARKING SPACES PER A THOUSAND SQUARE FEET.

SO AS YOU KNOW, THE REQUIREMENT IS FIVE PARKING SPACES PER THOUSAND SQUARE FEET, UM, OF THE BUILDING.

AND SO CURRENTLY THE STORE IS OPERATING AT ABOUT A 4.73, UM, BASED ON I THINK SOME STORAGE CONTAINERS THAT ARE OUT THERE RIGHT NOW.

UM, AND SO WHAT OUR SITE PLAN WOULD PROPOSE, UM, IS THE PARKING RATIO TO BE AT A 4.49.

SO EFFECTIVELY A 4.5.

UM, SO, YOU KNOW, NOT SUBSTANTIALLY BELOW THE FIVE OH RATIO REQUIREMENT.

UM, AND AGAIN, AT PEAK TIMES ON A THURSDAY, A HIGHER WEEKDAY VOLUMES AND A SATURDAY, THE HIGHEST IT WAS EVER PARKED AT WAS AT 51% OF THE LOT, UM, RESULTING IN THAT 2.4 RATIO.

UM, SO THAT'S KIND OF THE OVERALL SYNOPSIS, UM, OF IT.

WE'VE ALSO, I THINK WHAT WE DISCUSSED LAST TIME AS WELL, UM, WE'VE MOVED THE PARKING, THE PROPOSED PARK UP PARKING PICKUP SPACES ARE NOW, UM, AS FAR LEFT AS POSSIBLE.

I THINK THEY WERE A PARKING TREE OVER A LITTLE BIT.

UM, SO THAT WILL BE A LITTLE BIT LESS OF THE, THE MAIN PARKING TO GO INTO THAT ENTRANCE OF THE WALMART AS WELL.

UM, ENHANCE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SO THAT WAY, YOU KNOW, YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR GROCERIES, YOU CAN WALK IN AND SHOP, OR EVEN YOU CAN HAVE DELI GROCERIES DELIVERED TO YOU.

UM, SO JUST DEPENDING ON, ON THE WAY THAT YOUR DAY IS LINING OUT, UM, YOU HAVE DIFFERENT OPTIONS, UM, THERE FOR YOU.

AND SO THAT'S GONNA BE A LOT BETTER EXPERIENCE FOR LIKE JACKSON WHEN THAT'S COMPLETED AS WELL.
