UM, AS A QUICK REMINDER, AND FOR ANYONE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO DOESN'T KNOW, WE HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO USE OUR FRAN FRANCHISE FEES TO REIMBURSE THE SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR EQUIPMENT THAT WILL BE USED FOR, TO CREATE VIDEOS ON OUR MUNICIPAL CHANNEL, UM, ON COMCAST.

UM, AND YOU'LL REMEMBER A FEW MONTHS AGO, WE BROUGHT TO YOU SOME VIDEOS THAT THEY DID ABOUT OUR HALLOWEEN TRICK OR TREAT.

SO YOU'LL SEE COMMENTATORS, YOU'LL SEE, UM, STREET CREW, AND THEN YOU'LL SEE THE WORK OF A VERY GREAT POST-PRODUCTION TEAM THAT WILL HAVE PUT IT ALL TOGETHER.

WELL, IN THIS VIDEO YOU WILL SEE TWO STUDENTS CONDUCTING THEIR OWN CONTEST OF TOUR OF THE LIGHTS.

UM, ONE OF THE CAMERAS JUST DIDN'T RECORD THE ENTIRE NIGHT.

LIKE, WE HAD ONE SET UP JUST TO WATCH LIKE THE MACY'S PARADE.

AND THAT ONE ENDED UP NOT WORKING.

SO WE DID WHAT WE COULD WITH OTHER FOOTAGE THAT WE HAD TO LIKE, FILL IN THE BLANKS.

BUT IT WAS OVERALL AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.

I HAVEN'T GONE TO THE FESTIVAL LIGHTS BEFORE, SO THAT WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE.

UM, BUT YEAH, IT WAS, I THINK IT WAS A VERY GOOD LEARNING EXPERIENCE.

UM, WE HAD A LOT OF TECHNIC OR MORE ARRANGEMENT DIFFICULTIES WITH THE HOUSE, THE HOUSE RATING.

AND SERGIO WILL GO MORE INTO THAT.

UH, THERE'S A LOT TO SAY ABOUT THE HOUSES.

I REALLY LIKED IT.

I LIKED HOW THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY JOINED IN TO LIGHT UP THEIR HOUSES AND SPARKED JOY PEOPLE DURING THE HOLIDAYS.

AND I LIKE THAT WE COULD JUST GO AROUND, ENJOY THE HOUSES WITH NO ONE REALLY QUESTIONING IT BECAUSE IT'S THE LIGHTS, YOU KNOW, THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO.

ENJOY THE LIGHTS, BE THERE AND LIVE IN THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT.

UM, IT WAS DEFINITELY VERY DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE BECAUSE THERE WASN'T REALLY A SET ROUTE.

SO WE COULDN'T JUST FOLLOW, YOU KNOW, JUST A SINGLE PATH AND JUST RECORD EVERYTHING.

SO WE HAD, WE DID HAVE TO SEARCH AROUND FOR HOUSES, BUT THAT WAS THE FUN.

THAT WAS THE FUN PART OF IT.

WE JUST GOT TO GO AROUND, LOOK FOR HOUSES, UH, SEE WHAT WE FOUND INTERESTING.

AND WE JUST RECORDED IT.

WE THOUGHT WE SET OUR ACTUAL THOUGHTS.

WE DIDN'T RECORD ANYTHING BEFOREHAND.

WE DIDN'T THINK OF ANYTHING.

WE JUST WENT THERE.

WE SAW IT AND WE RATED IT HOW WE SAW FIT.

GIVEN THE 20 YEARS THAT WE'VE UTILIZED THE SYSTEM IN THE DEWATER PROCESS TO GET THE WATER PHYSICALLY OFF OF THE PROPERTY, WE'VE HAD SOME DEGRADATION.

WE'VE HAD SOME EROSION ISSUES, AND THIS TIME IT WAS ON THE MAIN TRUNK LINE WHERE WE EXPERIENCED A MAJOR BREAK ON A 10 INCH MAIN.

SO THAT TOOK US ABOUT THREE DAYS TO PUMP IT DOWN, GET THE REPAIRS MADE, AND THEN TURN AROUND.

AND WE HAD TO REPRESSURIZE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM.

SOMETHING I'VE NEVER DONE AT THE GOLF COURSE BEFORE.

SO WE HAD TO PUSH WATER TO EVACUATE ALL OF THE AIR FROM THE SYSTEM SO THAT WE DIDN'T CREATE MORE PROBLEMS WITHIN THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN THE GOLF COURSE HOLE.

THAT TOOK US THE BETTER PART OF THE DAY TO PURGE THE AIR OFF THE SYSTEM.

THEN WE WERE ABLE TO START THE PROCESS OF DEWATERING.

SO WE WERE DELAYED ABOUT FOUR DAYS BEFORE WE COULD EVEN FLIP THE SWITCH TO THE DEWATER UNTIL WE GOT THE PIPES CORRECTED, FIXED AND REPAIRED.

SO UNFORTUNATELY, LIKE I SAID, THE WATER DOESN'T GO ANYWHERE.

UH, YOU KNOW, IT WAS BUILT AS A BOWL, SO EVERYTHING HAS TO BE PHYSICALLY PUMPED OFF THE PROPERTY.

UM, IT WAS KIND OF THE PERFECT STORM.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE'RE LOOKING AT ANOTHER ONE RIGHT NOW WHERE THE MAIN PIPE THAT COMES OUT OF THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM HAS SUFFERED ANOTHER LEAK.

SO I THINK IT'S JUST THE AGE OF THE SYSTEM, SOMETHING WE ALL KIND OF NEED TO START PREPARING OURSELVES FOR, BUT, UM, THEY DON'T GET BETTER OVER TIME.

THEY JUST GET WORSE.

SO THE PIPING, THAT'S THE IRRIGATION PIPING AND STUFF THAT YOU'RE WORKING WITH, WHAT, WHAT MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION IS IT, SIR? WHAT MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION IS IT, UH, THE MAIN PIPE, IS IT IRON OR IS IT, UH, WE HAVE STEEL PIPE COMING OUT OF THE PUMP HOUSE AND IT CONVERTS VERY QUICKLY TO A C 900, WHICH I BELIEVE IN SOUTH COULD CORRECT ME MAYBE, BUT I THINK THAT'S YOUR SEWER PIPE.

OKAY.

SO IT'S A THICK WALLED PLASTIC, AND THEN FROM THERE IT GOES DOWN IN SIZE TO TWO AND A HALF INCH SCHEDULE 40, WHICH IS A THIN WALLED PVC PIPE.

SO WHAT'S BREAK, WHAT BROKE DOES THAT, THAT IT WAS AT ONE OF THE JOINTS WHERE WE HAVE A LATERAL COMING OFF OF THE 10 INCH MAIN LINE.

SO IT WAS A PLASTIC 10 INCH MAIN MM-HMM.

AND IT WAS SHOOTING ABOUT A 50 FOOT GEYSER INTO THE AIR UNDER PRESSURE.

SO UNFORTUNATELY WE COULDN'T, IF THAT WOULD'VE HAPPENED SOMEWHERE ELSE ON THE GOLF COURSE, WE COULD'VE CLOSED A FEW VALVES AND ISOLATED THAT HOLE AND STILL BEEN ABLE TO GET THE WATER OFF THE PROPERTY.

BUT THIS WAS ON THE MAIN PIPE THAT TAKES THE WATER TO BUFFALO CAMP BY YOU FROM THE MAIN IRRIGATION LAKE.

I GUESS THE GOOD THING IS, IS THAT THE WATER THAT THAT'S ON THE COURSE IS FRESH WATER.

IT'S NOT SALT WATER THAT CAME OUTTA THE RIVER.

AND THAT'S WHAT IN THE PAST WE'VE, THAT'S WEIRD BECAUSE WE WOULD FINALLY GET THE WATER WHEN WE GOT FLOODED BY THE RIVER.

WE GET THE WATER OFF, BUT THEN WE'D BE FLOODING WITH FRESH WATER TO GET ALL THE SALT AND STUFF OUT OF IT.

THE AMOUNT OF HOURS THAT THE PUMP STATION HAS RUN IN A REVERSE FLOW, A TYPICAL IRRIGATION CYCLE ON THE GOLF COURSE AT NIGHT IS SOMEWHERE BETWEEN FOUR AND FIVE HOURS OF HIGH USAGE HIGH DEMAND DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS.

UH, YOU CAN LOOK AT SOME OF THESE RUNTIMES WHERE JUST IN THIS LAST EVENT WE RAN THE PUMP SYSTEM FOR A CONSECUTIVE 111.6 HOURS.

THAT'S NO BREAK.

THAT'S JUST TRYING TO MOVE WATER OFF TO GET THE GOLFERS BACK ON THE PROPERTY.

SO IT'S A BIG DEMAND ON THE SYSTEM.

AND ALSO WORKING ON A STREETLIGHT, UH, STREETLIGHT PLAN THAT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED AT THE END OF THE PROJECT FOR THE, THE NEW SYSTEM OF LIGHTING WAS GONNA BE, UH, INSTALLED FOR THAT NEIGHBORHOOD.

AT THE MEETING YOU HAD WITH THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND STUFF, THERE'S NOT GONNA BE ANY KINDA LAY DOWN YARD IN THAT AREA FOR THE CONTRACTOR, IS THERE? NO, UH, WHAT WELL, WHAT THEY'RE DOING IS WHATEVER IS AVAILABLE THERE BY THE LAND, BY THE, UH, LIFT STATION THERE.

THEY ARE DROPPING SOME, SOME OF THE MATERIAL THERE'S TO LAY DOWN, YOUR HONOR, UH, ON THE, UH, GROUND FUEL TANKS.

EXCEPT THAT THE CONTRACTORS ARE ALSO USING THIS PARTICULAR, THIS PARTICULAR, UH, UM, YOU KNOW, BATHROOM, WHICH CREATED A LITTLE BIT OF A CONSTERNATION IN, IN OUR, IN OUR USERS, IN OUR CITY USERS.

SO WE FIRED, WE FIRED ANOTHER EMAIL TO THE CONTRACTOR SAYING THAT HE NEEDS TO PUT IN HIS TEMPORARY, UH, WORKERS, UH, OR BODIES POT.
