SO WE ARE PROPOSING LANDSCAPING SPECIFIC TO OUR LOCATION THERE IN THE ISLAND, BUT WE'RE ALSO PROPOSING TO ADD ADDITIONAL TREES TO RECOVER WHAT'S BEEN LOST IN PAST DROUGHTS AND STORMS. UH, BRINGING THE SITE UP TO COMPLIANCE AS IT'S CURRENTLY NOT IN COMPLIANCE DUE TO THE LOSS OF THOSE TREES.

UH, THE LEASE SITES SPECIFICALLY IS PROPOSING TWO TREES IN THE REMOVAL OF A SINGLE TREE ON A LANDSCAPE ISLAND THAT'S BEING REMOVED.

UH, AND THEN GENERAL LANDSCAPING WITHIN THE ISLANDS THEMSELVES.

SO, UM, THE DESIGN TEAM WENT THROUGH AND LOOKED AT THE TREES THAT ARE ON THE SITE, UM, AND THEN LOOKED AT HOW MANY THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE.

AND THEY DID FALL SHORT, IT LOOKS LIKE SOMETIME PROBABLY FROM BARREL, LOST A FEW TREES.

SO THEY'RE PROPOSING TO PLANT THESE BACK.

UH, WE ALSO WANNA BRING UP THAT WHEN KMART FIRST CAME IN, IT WAS A 7.5% LANDSCAPE AREA REQUIREMENT FOR THE SITE.

AND UM, THAT'S ONE OF THE REASONS THIS IS AN ALTERNATE DESIGNATION.

UM, IT IS, IT IS, UH, LESS THAN THE 12 POINT HALF THAT IT SHOULD BE WITH OUR LATEST LANDSCAPE ORDINANCE, BUT MORE THAN OF COURSE A SEVEN AND A HALF WHEN IT WAS FIRST APPROVED.

UM, SO THEY HAVE THAT TABULATION OVER HERE AS WELL WHERE THEY SHOW, UM, THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPING BASED ON OUR CURRENT ORDINANCE AND THEN THE PROVIDED LANDSCAPED AREA.

UM, THE ONE THING TO NOTE IS WITHIN THEIR SITE, MEANING THEY'RE 0.2 3, 2 3 ACRE LEASE, UM, THEY ARE GREATLY INCREASING THE, UH, KOUS AREA, REMOVING EMPER.

SO THERE'S A CURRENTLY JUST AN ISLAND 188 SQUARE FEET AND THE REPLACING IT WITH ALMOST 2000 SQUARE FOOT OF GREEN SURFACING, UM, AROUND THE EIGHT FIVE OIL AREA.

SO OVERALL IMPROVING THE SITE, UM, MORE THAN THE INITIAL APPROVAL, BUT LESS THAN OUR ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT FOR THE EIGHT ACRE SITE.
